Indoor Use Recommended: Unless otherwise noted, do not display items outdoors, as weather elements can damage them.

The term “silk flowers” has become a general industry phrase, even though true silk is rarely used today due to its delicate nature and high cost. Our floral stems are selected for their realistic look and feel, often combining fabric petals with mouldable plastic or wire stems for natural movement and durability.
Due to the power of mother nature, we strongly advise against displaying our artificial flowers, plants, and trees outdoors or placing them in direct sunlight indoors.
UV light and exposure to weather elements can break down materials over time, causing colours to fade prematurely and reducing the lifespan of your arrangements.
Unless otherwise specified, all our artificial products are designed for indoor use and should be kept away from direct sunlight and outdoor elements to maintain their beauty for years to come.
Since all our products are custom made by hand, processing times vary depending on the complexity of your order. Typically, ready-to-ship items take 2–4 business days to process, while custom orders usually require 7–14 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Currently, we do not offer wedding-specific arrangements like corsages or boutonnieres. However, we do provide beautiful tabletop arrangements perfect for wedding décor.

Due to the seasonal nature of fresh flowers, we may not always be able to source specific varieties year-round. If you have a preferred fresh flower, please let us know when placing your order, and we will do our best to provide it for you.
If the flower you request is unavailable, we will substitute it with the closest possible alternative to maintain the beauty and style of your arrangement.

Orders over $100 CAD may qualify for free standard shipping (Canada only).
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Custom orders are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or doesn’t match your approved design.
We carefully package every order, but if your item is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll make it right — with a refund, replacement, or store credit.
