Fresh Flowers & Live Plants
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of fresh flowers and live plants, delivery for these items is currently limited to a select geographical area within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Availability may vary by postal code.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside our supported regions, or outside eligible delivery zones for perishable items, may be cancelled and refunded.
Processing times begin once payment is successfully received.

Production times vary based on design complexity and order volume and may take 7–14 business days or longer. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order or order confirmation.
If you have a rush request or require delivery by a specific date, please notify us at the time of ordering. While we cannot guarantee expedited production or delivery, we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched, where available.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please email returns@beafloral.com and include:

Clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging
A brief description of the issue
All delivery condition concerns must be reported to returns@beafloral.com within the applicable reporting timeframe. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
If a package is returned to us due to:
An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Refused delivery
Failed delivery attempts
The customer may be responsible for:
Reshipping costs, or
Any applicable return shipping charges

Severe weather conditions (including extreme heat, cold, storms, or carrier disruptions) may result in shipping delays.
For orders containing fresh flowers or live plants, we reserve the right to delay shipment if conditions may compromise product quality. Customers will be notified if a delay is required for this reason.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside our direct control. Beafloral is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
