Important Notes on Handmade & Custom Items

Because many of our products are handcrafted or custom designed:

Minor variations in colour, texture, stem angle, or shape are normal and do not constitute defects.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has begun or designs have been approved, unless the finished product materially deviates from agreed specifications.

Limitations & Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to:

Improper care, handling, or environmental exposure after delivery
Normal wear, use, or display (including event use)
Natural variations in handmade or floral products
Screen or monitor colour differences
Seasonal, clearance, or final sale items (except where defective, as outlined in our Return Policy)
