If You’re Not Satisfied

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not meet the specifications outlined at the time of order:

Limitations

Minor differences due to screen colour settings or handmade variations.
Custom items where the product matches approved design specifications.
Orders reported as unsatisfactory outside the applicable notification window (usually 7 days).
